书法作品欣赏清宫绘本站式《八段锦册》,尺寸:23.9×14.5厘米,台北故宫博物院藏。
八段錦與太極拳均為中國民間廣為流傳的健身法,文獻中類似的鍛鍊法,最早見於魏晉著名道士許遜(249-347)《靈劍子引導子午記》,並著錄於宋代道教的養生書。
八段錦由八種功法集錦組成,內容包括肢體運動和氣息調理,姿勢分站、坐兩種,站式要求雙腳與肩同寬,坐式要求盤膝正坐,配合舌抵上顎、意守丹田等細節,每種動作反覆多次。
